The Security Zone encourages you to install/use your products right away so that if there is a problem, you can return them before the deadline. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 60 days after delivery on products with manufacturers defects.
You can receive full support for any product issues from our store personnel or technicians as long as you are the original owner of the product.
Credit for Returns
Payment for returns and exchanges will be issued once we confirm receipt of the undamaged merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with the original packing, user guides, instruction manuals, remotes, chargers and any peripheral devices accompanying the purchased product. Please note that processing of your return may take up to 5 working days if re-testing of your device is required.
- Any tax paid on purchased items will be refunded with returns.
- Any shipping and handling costs will not be refunded with returns.
- When you return an item from a group, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received. If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item.
- To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned with the original receipt, original packing, user guides, instruction manuals, remotes, chargers and any peripheral devices accompanying the purchased product within 7 days of purchase for ANY reason. If, However, the item is brought back after the 7-day period but within the sixty day period a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
NO refund will be provided on
- cut cables
- used baluns
- customer misused items
- items with damaged packaging, missing peripherals, etc.
- items purchased off display
- customized items
- if customer has developed a reputation for habitually returning items
